Vermont Herb & Salad Company is a four season family farm located in the Southern Lake Champlain Valley in Benson, Vermont. We grow microgreens, salad greens and culinary herbs. We offer a full line of retail and wholesale products. Our greens and herbs are enjoyed in homes and restaurants around the country! Whether you are a restaurant down the road or a wholesaler in New England, we can serve you. Tell us how.

As a New England based grower, we have significant advantages over far away farms. Our product is fresher and of higher quality. Everything is grown simply with sun and rich soil, allowing each plant to embody its true nature.
