Organic Microgreens Mix

All of our organic micro greens and other tiny greens are soil grown in our greenhouses. We take pride in producing the best possible product with the most consistency. We harvest the day of order and in most cases, ship that day. Our microgreens have a much longer shelf life than others due to the way in which we grow them. The are hearty, versatile and special. They can be used as a garnish or stand alone as a salad. They are New England's ideal solution for a winter salad mix.

 

 

MICRO MIX IN COPPEROrganic Microgreens Mix is a beautiful and delicious blend of tiny vibrant greens. This mix includes varieties such as red russian kale, collards, purple kohlrabi, red cabbage, micro beet greens and purple radish.
