Salad Greens

We grow a wide variety of salad greens seasonally in cold frames and greenshouses as well as in our fields. We offer our greens in retail and wholesale pack sizes. Our greens are grown with care and handled properly to ensure the highest quality. Our salad greens are a staple on many menus across Vermont.

 

The greens we offer include:

  • Gourmet Salad Greens is a mix of beautiful baby lettuces, arugula, mizuna, beet greens, red russian kale, tatsoi, red giant mustard, and others.

 

  • Baby Arugula  Its one of our specialties. It is always petite and perfect.

 

  • Seasonally weekly specials are available every week of separate varieties and special mixes catered to your needs from the week's best picks.
