Other Micros and Tiny Greens

All of our organic microgreens and other tiny greens are soil grown in our greenhouses. We take pride in producing the best possible product with the most consistency. We harvest the day of order and in most cases ship that day. Our microgreens and other tiny greens have a much longer shelf life than others due to the way in which we grow them.

Radish Bouquet

 

Radish Sprouts  If you are looking for a lively flavor for a dish, this is it. Our Radish Sprouts are about 2 inches long with a nickel-sized, heart-shaped leaf with rosy pink and white stems. They are slightly larger than micro-sized greens. The flavor is similar to radish, spicy and crunchy.

 

 

 

1236564866208.65.162.35.jpgPurple Radish  Striking because of its deep purple color, purple radish has a similar taste and size to regular radish sprouts with a slightly more hearty texture. Purple Radish is also known as Red Daikon or Sango.

 

 

 

Micro Beets Micro Beet Greens  Vibrant Red Stems and contrasting green leaves make for a bold presentation. Micro Beet Greens taste of subtle beet sweetness. They are eye-catching on their own and pair well with other micro ingredients.

 

 

 

 


1237592861208.65.161.71.jpgPea Tendrils Pea Tendrils are the tender young shoots of the sweet pea plant. They are about 4-6 inches long with small round leaves up the length and a curly "tendril" at the top. They have a delicate, springtime, sweet pea taste.

 

 

 

 

Sunflower Sprouts 1

Sunflower Sprouts Sunflower Sprouts are about 3 inches long with a white stem and succulent deep green leaf. They are very crunchy and have a delicate nutty flavor. They are a great addition to any salad or sandwich as well as any dish.

 

 

 

 

 

Sprout Salad Our Sprout Salad is our very own unique blend. It contains Sunflower Sprouts, Pea Tendrils, Purple and Green Radish Sprouts, Micro Red Russian Kale, Micro Beet Greens and other micro-sized greens. This mix is very versatile as it is great on its own or it can be used as a garnish. It is colorful, spicy, nutty, crunchy and very appealing.
