We have been member of the Vermont Fresh Network since 2004. They have been pivotal in creating the enthusiasm for farm to chef partnerships. This state owes a lot of credit to VFN for helping to create such a vibrant local food community and widespread use of local food products in our restaurants and stores.

 

 

 

 

 

The Rutland Area Farm & Food Link is doing much more than conecting farmers and consumers. They are trying to create a healthy, virbant regional food system by creating the infrastructure for agriculture to be a major economic driver in the region. Heather has also recently joined the board of RAFFL to be involved in the important work that they are doing.
